Hey ABL. Not sure if you have been keeping up with the news in Panama, but Panama is on the brink of total economic and societal collapse. Food and fuel shortages and their costs are making people desperate. Protesting there by blocking highways is suicidal.
I feel so bad for that elderly man. The police do nothing and leave it up to people like him.
