This is like a boiling tea pot. Being a Irish American, I heard that there is a housing shortage in Ireland, and the rents have gone higher than normal. The frustration is Ireland is taking better care of immigrants and providing them with housing/food/medical care. This is similar to how US Veterans are being treated. In time, the damn will burst here and overseas for many people care about their family and surviving tough times. No one wants to be treated poorly, especially innocent children.
The only error I saw in your commentary, was calling the people coming into Ireland “migrants”. I think the problem is that the people of Ireland are upset about the “ILLEGAL migrants” coming into Ireland and especially those that do not want to assimilate.
I am on the Men of Irelands side. Give em hell.
