Richard Gould is reminding us that there is a God that sees what we say and do everyday with our lives. We are so full of anger and hatred hence there are so many sick people ranging from physical, mental, psychological, emotional and spiritual. I CAN SURMISE that we lack the understanding of how our spiritual lives are affected by physical, emotional and psychological behaviors that we manifest with ourselves and with others. I am aware that there is separation from state and church, however how can we help others who have not been taught the simple ten commandments by our parents because in this modern world, material wealth is more adored than spiritual health. WE call others Dumb azz but what comes out from us is a real reflection of who we are. We are easy to criticize others and yet I just wonder if they have experienced to run a small group of people or maybe head a small department in a school. We are taking advantage of these posts to remind people that we have to learn to love ourselves and others. I BET THOSE WHO ARE VERY CRITICAL of others have not taken time, to assess how they live and interact with fellow human beings. IF WE EXPRESS anger either oral or written is a sure sign that ourselves are beset with unexpressed anger with ourselves. We are not aware of our shortcomings. Self awareness is now recognized as lacking among young people and worst among the older adults. OUR LANGUAGE NOW is dominated by profanity and name calling like military people are suckers and losers, or horse faced or immigrants coming from mental asylums, mentally ill or other very demeaning labels. Even some of our leaders utter these labels, a very good reflection of what kind of humans they are. We are less humane. MAY THE holy Spirit enlighten all of us and behave much better than those who have never attended school.
