I’m assuming CNN “journalists” have a degree in journalism. Why then are they so stupid?
Poor little Jamie Raskin. He must have had so many of his brain cells wiped out when he had his KEMO. It is OK to release a known criminal like Hunter Biden who has broken gun laws that Raskin fully support. HUNTER was convicted of defrauding the Federal government’s tax laws much like Menendez of NJ. Yet Hunter is walking the streets and partying with DADDY Joe while Menendez is in Jail and Jamie is crying the rich should pay thete fair share. When indeed Hunter should just pay his taxes.
Actually none of Biden’s pardons were legal except for the 1500 death row inmates. Article 2 , section 2 of the Constitution says so . A President cannot grant pardons unless the person has been charged and convicted of a crime against the US , which not one of his family or the others have been charged or convicted of a crime, so his pardons don’t count for squat. Unless there is a difference between what the Constitution says and a preemptive pardon. I still have to check that, and the crimes Biden has done are and were against the United States
