Illegal aliens aren’t entitled to “due process”. We owe them nothing. They say Chris Cuomo changed after he left CNN. He didn’t. He’s still wedded to the Democrap party and he still spews their leftist propaganda.

Besides illegals not being eligible for American rights, Garcia did have due process each time he came before a judge. He was supposed to be deported each time, with last year being the latest. I think the legal bills for special “rights” for the illegals should be footed by the insane leftists. They really don’t give a crap about the illegals as human beings, all they care about are more voters. Even if an illegal was allowed to stay, they are still not eligible to vote until they are naturalized, which takes roughly 10 years or more.
Leslie you are right but one thing I disagree with is they should not be allowed to stay. They have broken federal law by coming here and there fore only rights they have is life in prison or deportation. Along with that every democrat that supports them coming here or being here should be charged and convicted for treason. WHY?
