California has the Pacific Ocean they can produce an endless supply of clean, fresh water. To save electricity, they can use solar power for hot water tanks. They can use instant inline hot water heaters to save water. How many gallons of water are wasted by the hour by people? They are trying to get the right water temperature to bathe? These things should already have been written into California law. If they can dam up a river and put a turbine on it that produces electricity. They can put a generator in EVs that will produce enough electricity to run a car. Remember the early BSA British motorcycles that had magnetos for electricity? Well, it is a thought. You have 4 wheels and a drive shaft that can turn generators. Electrical charging stations are a joke. Even this idea is antiquated. They should have batteries already charged; you can swap them out within minutes without the wait. Nicolai Tesla had an electric car back in 1934 that would exceed more than 90 miles per hour. Can you imagine what this would do to our economy? The only thing you would have to do besides maintenance would be to change the driver {*j*}.
