MAY BE the best way to live in peace and harmony is to love to forgive others and respect each one’s opinion because we will never win in any contrasting opinions and stop using profane words that inflames others who are vulnerable to inflammatory words. We use vulgarity with our spoken words and fail to recognize that we make others get agitated and resort to violence. IF we can learn to take 10 deep breaths before making labels of others, maybe we can calm down our nerves and be at peace. I AM not a Mother Theresa but my experience IN dealing with agitated individuals is pray to the HOLY Spirit for guidance to use the proper words. BEEN confronted by angry parents of my nursing students, patients and their relatives. I HAVE TO LISTEN AND BE PATIENT. One time I WAS confronted by an irate newspaper man for his newborn baby when I WAS director of the nursing dept at 36 years old, I LISTENED FOR TWO HOURS until he calmed down and solved the issue. UNFORTUNATELY, irate newscaster was found dead the next day after having sex with a young girl of 18 in a hotel and I have to take care of his body in the ER to help my staff on a busy day. PATIENCE AND PRAYERS WORK PLUS DEEP BREATHING TO EASE OUR hatred and anger towards others. Thanks God at 86 less health challenge except my long term gum problems.
