Just to prove to you how wrong D.L. Hughley is, I’m white and Hispanic and grew up in a predominantly black neighborhood and went to a predominantly black high school. Most of my friends were black. I didn’t go to college and study for a career and I struggled to get where I am now, and even then, I’m not making nowhere near what some of my black friends are making today. Some of them went on to become doctors, lawyers, and judges. The mindset that you can’t succeed because of your skin color is a lie.
DL is talking about the multi millionaire blacks, thats not the rule for any race. Being “successful” isnt being a millionaire, its being a stable working adult who stays from the police.
