We know the supreme court declared the student loan cancellations/deferments/payoffs illegal and unconstitutional. that is not up for debate. we know the lower courts also declared the unconstitutional and illegal. not up for debate. we know that after that biden has continued to go forward with illegally using poor taxpayer money to pay off rich students loans.
