Oh, that is hilarious. Partly a tic of speech, which being honest, most of us have our favorites, but this one is very revealing and has no place in the Supreme Court. This so called Justice is a total embarrassment to the Court itself. Her laughably long dissents are temper tantrums lacking any real Law. No self awareness or self control.
