As a mother with two kids with mitochondrial disease, it bothers me that those women did that by choice. Why would you KNOWINGLY inflict a disability on your child? We stopped having children biologically, as soon as we found out medically that we had genetic mutations that made both of our kids sick. That is insane to me!
Intentionally having a kid being born deaf is just flat out evil, why would you want your child to suffer ON PURPOSE, there’s nothing you can do to justify that

Deliberately maiming a human being???? Chop off the breasts and possibly remove the uterus of a minor female “who THINKS she wants to be male”?? Do we allow the neutering of under age males who “think they want to be female?!!! Any more stories like this for historians to remark on in the future and we will sound as brutal and/or ignorant as any peoples in history. All of this can only happen with the doctors? “so called healers” being the perpetrator!!

To deliberately breed (because they can’t mate naturally) to have a disabled child is akin to maiming a healthy individual. Charges should be brought, and the individuals punished.
