I completely agree with you! It starts at home. That being said- people are afraid to say a black child or black neighborhood- because the first thing someone will say is “you’re racist “.
Unfortunately, there are troubled kids of all colors. But- I have also noticed it’s more so with Black or Hispanic kids. Parents need to be more involved with their children . Know their friends, limit screen time, have them involved in church youth groups, community service like collecting food for the poor or a group for volunteers.
Teach them there is more to life than being a bully, trouble maker or a gang member. It’s getting worse every day.
People need to stop blaming everyone else snd take charge of your children.
