Elon musk needs to move twitter out of San Francisco and to a more rural setting. then hire locals. the current twitter (X) staff is all corrupt leftists.
90% of jobs at most companies do not require much training or knowledge. the degrees and certificates people have are always over kill. he could hire a bunch of high school grads send them to specific certification classes and pay them 30% of what the comp sci grads want. getting them out of San Francisco alone would cut cost 50%.
