I think she has a point, comparing herself to toddlers is completely appropriate, no impulse control, no muscular development, no understanding of diet and exercise, no emotional maturity, no maturity in general, can’t dress themselves properly the list goes on, she is 100% right to compare herself to a toddler.
There is a big difference between being overweight while participating in life, and being overweight, and using it as an excuse to be lazy and play a victim.
