These public officials are well paid, and there is no excuse for there being no water in hydrants or the system being devoid of water. Sure, rain should have happened, but these worthless public officials are too busy heading to Africa to show any responsibility for those they are paid to protect. Newsom has learned nothing from all of the other fires and losses. Yes, Jerry Brown did even worse, and gets off scot free. Meanwhile, Newsom is unable to explain why CA is looking at $78 Billion dollars of debt. Balance the budget!!!! Or, retire.
