I’m surprised that it wasn’t a vial of adrenochrome that fell out of Nancy’s pants instead of toilet paper unless it was inside the roll. Look at Nancy’s face, how else does an 81-year-old look like they are in their 40’s or 50’s? It recently came out that she murdered a child she trafficked and raped down in the tunnels. I’m waiting for more info on that to see if it’s true. I bet it is.
