I was born in Texas, and I miss it very much. Spent several years in the Hill Country and LOVED it. Because my dad changed jobs we moved to new mexico. If Texas becomes independent, I will find a way to move back home. I will also try to bring my son and his family with me as they would fit right in. We love our freedom, hunting and fishing and are NOT afraid to work for a living. I still have some relatives there and could stay with them till we got on our feet. And then I would be happy again.
