One of the things you forgot to mention with 9 mm is it’s the most common pistol round here in United States, it’s stopping power is decent, shot placement increases the stopping power, but the fact is the round is plentiful so… if in a “shit hits the fan” scenario, the odds of me finding additional ammo is greatly increases versus many other handheld rounds especially in urban environments
I’m a 9mm carry guy, loud and proud. Reasonable balance of capacity and capability. I’m a happily married man where “dependable and reliable” goes a long way, lol
If people are buying 9mm because they’re worried about running out of ammo, it would make more sense to buy a gun that can take both 357mag and 38 calibers. There’s plenty of those rounds available.
