I guess I just do not understand this issue? I do not know what the room/tunnel was for. I don’t know what was illegal. I do not know what the cops were there for.
I guess I just do not understand the facts of this situation.
Further if I were building a illegal room/tunnel I would use bag cement, concrete blocks and mortar. That way I can bring the materials in without drawing attention. Maybe I am over thinking it.
