I gave up smoking at the age of 28 in 2003 and started doing cycling and “home gym” stuff like push-ups etc. In my 30s I started noticing a lot of men 10-15 years younger than me couldn’t keep up with me over a distance. Fast forward to December 2021 where I broke both my legs in a motorcycle accident at 47, a huge injury even for a young person. A lot of hospital staff were very impressed with my resolve to keep trying, oxygen levels in my blood etc. I made radical changes to my diet to keep the weight off and only gained half a stone in 9 months on crutches. Now back to walking etc. and I’m building my cycling mileage back up, doing loads of pull-ups etc. Feels good to be who I am.
Another experience: around 2019 I was a member of a local singles group which was 70% female. Any time a man had traditional views a lot of the women would gang up on him and make him leave; next minute they were all whining “where have all the good men gone?”. I went on a few nights out with some of the ladies and tried to explain that it’s not really possible to just go out drinking every weekend and look after your health but they didn’t get it, they just wanted to go to endless identical nightspots and be 45-year-old teenagers. The only men willing to tolerate that are the types who just lie and ply women with alcohol to get what they want. I don’t want to live like that, so I left the group.
Eat meat. Drive a half-decent car. Pay with cash. Ditch PayPal. Fuck the pub chains. Stay sober. Work out. That’s how society wins against this NWO filth!
I love the fact that we are constantly called “conspiracy theorists” … yet the evidence is everywhere
