I grew up in the 80s & 90s where we didn’t see color. Because of women like her I now do see color.
She’s playing victim. When somebody like her walks into a room, everybody knows she’s looking to blame somebody for something – because she wants to be a victim. You can’t hire people – no matter their color – who want to be victims. They will destroy your work environment. Then when people inevitably start avoiding them, they cry victim because nobody wants to be near them. It never ends.
