I want an honest FBI, skilled FBI, intelligent FBI and constitutional FBI which means that the color of one’s skin or gender are NOT considered when hiring. It means that the FBI will be staffed with qualified individuals who are intelligent, skilled and knowledgeable in their field of practice. PERIOD!!
