I read the accounts of the “wreck”. This “OCIFER” couldn’t lead a brownie troop in a backyard parade, much less command a ship. SHE was/is clueless about “her duties”. HAD NO CLUE about what was transpiring.
SO “her ship” hit a reef and SANK!
Guess whose fault this is. Sadly, she did not go down with her ship.
