How can anyone believe a word this Bartender says. Most if not all of those Prison Toilets do not have any standing water after flushing as it would allow the inmates to cause a mess by splashing that water everywhere. Kinda like a Airline Toilet where you flush and everything in the bowl is gone. As for those sinks you have to push a button to make them work and obviously AOC has never encountered 1 of them before. Dog parks across the country have gone to the push button to get water because the water bills for Dog Parks that had a running water bowl was getting to expensive.
