Oh, yes, we know this. In 2002, Congress passed a law giving themselves and their contractors total immunity for any ill effects and damages caused by their geo-engineering, weather manipulations, DEW, chem trails, etc., etc., etc. Just like the 1986 total immunity gifted to Big Pharma despite how many people are killed or harmed. How is that legal or Constitutionally possible?
