Waters has become the new Biden. Her total support comes from a surrounding staff that props her up, tells her what to say, and gets her from place to place. She is no longer a walking, talking, rational being. (Alright, I’ll admit she probably never has been.) But she is now a geriatric, dementia-ridden nut-case.
